VP, Experience Design, EPAM
Jonathan oversees EPAM's global user experience, visual design, and content strategy practice. He believes that understanding the needs, motivations, and frustrations of end-users is key to designing intuitive and engaging product experiences but he also believes that products are only a fraction of a larger service ecosystem of interactions that must be designed. To that end, he consults with brands to understand their unique value proposition and examines their ecosystem of interactions to make sure that their value is being delivered consistently across every interaction and touch point. Prior to joining EPAM, Jonathan was co-founder of Empathy Lab, a digital strategy and experience design company.
